Mindful Health and Wellness Programs 

Our programs are designed to help children and families feel connected, supported, valued, and heard. The Sensory Shack takes an empowering and inclusive approach to supporting the physical and mental health of young people, emphasising connection and relationship building. Our goal is to help children build confidence, self-esteem, and resilience.

Social Warriors (Ages 4-12 years)

An interactive, multisensory program designed to foster creativity and social connections. Activities include cooking, arts and crafts, gaming, playdough, STEM projects, coding, pretend play, and small-world adventures. Each week offers unique, themed experiences tailored to keep children engaged, inspired, and connected.

Standing STRONG (Ages 4-12 years)

A multi-award-winning wellbeing program designed to encourage, uplift, and empower children, tweens, and teens to live healthy, happy, and inspired lives. Taking a holistic approach to health and wellbeing, Standing Strong fosters a supportive community with valuable resources and connections.

Programs are built around three core pillars: STRONG Body, STRONG Mind, and STRONG Heart, helping young people develop self-esteem, confidence, self-love, and resilience. Each weekly session includes 15 minutes of Movement, 30 minutes of Mindset, and 15 minutes of Mindfulness, focusing on a new topic every week.

Lego Club (Ages 4-12 years)

A dream come true for LEGO enthusiasts! This engaging program sparks creativity and fosters social connections. Kids can explore endless building possibilities with individual categories, ultimate boxed sets, loose parts, and even Braille LEGO. Each week features exciting challenges, games, themed activities, and fun giveaways—making it a favourite for kids of all ages!
